Unfortunately, I was very disappointed in my experience with this purchase. For starters, I didn’t receive my order as I was notified, and when I reached out to the seller, I didn’t receive a response regarding my order or a refund. The onsie is very cute & I was excited to get it.... Naturally, that’s the expectation once u pay for something. At the end of the day I suppose the fact of the matter, is that this Etsy seller has my money, but I don’t have my item which of course is not fair service, so I’ve resorted to this review as a buyer beware. Hopefully this review can help others to be more mindful when online shopping.

The customer posted this review today but the item shows delivered yesterday to their home and correct address that I did confirm with them today once I saw the review. They never did reach out to me to say they didn't receive the item since yesterday when is shows delivered. There were no delays in the transport from my shop to their home and it says delivered. I did try to talk to them after this review they said they were entitled to a review which is true but let us all try to be fair and kind in these hard times. My shop reviews show and tell the true story of how I work with my customers but I have to have the chance to work with someone before they pass judgement.
