Due to the nature of the product, no refunds or exchanges are issued on digital items.

Taxes Digital Image Downloads

As of January 1, 2015, EU residents will need to pay VAT on digital purchases. Etsy handles all collection and remittance of this tax. You will see the appropriate EU VAT charges at checkout for your digital download purchases; if you are an EU resident.

Shipping Digital Image Downloads:

Once the payment is completed, the Digital Image Download will be available as an Instant Download via Etsy. After payment has been processed and confirmed, Etsy will let you know when your order is ready to download, this may take a few minutes, please be patient. After confirmation is complete, you'll see a link to the download page on Etsy. Here you can download all the files from that purchase. You should also get a confirmation e-mail with a download link in it.

Most of my files are provided in layered PSD, JPG, PNG. In order to utilize my files you will need basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Photoshop Elements to make any changes in templates. In addition, you should know how to unzip files in your computer.

How unzip product files

PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions. Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
