All items in my shop are for instant download. When purchased, the download link goes into the list of purchased items in your account and cannot be removed/returned. Meaning you will have access to it as long as you have an Etsy account. Therefore, nothing is returnable/refundable. PLEASE read the item description and ask any questions BEFORE you buy.

Please keep in mind, not all devices will show colors the same. If you order something ready to ship and you want to be sure of the color a please message me and I'll do what I can to provide you with an accurate representation. If you want a custom order, I will discuss the specifics of your order with you, in detail, until you are satisfied and won't start work until then. Once you are satisfied with the color as shown or described and agree, refunds based on color will not be accepted.

Custom and personalized orders

I do make custom cross stitch patterns upon request. Send me a message and I will send you my email address. Email me the picture(s) you want converted and I will run them through my program. Most pictures will work fine, but, occasionally, one just doesn't come out clear (usually pictures that are either very dark or mostly white/light. Everything just kind of runs together). I will create the pattern and email you a screenshot and info on the size and number of colors. If you're happy with it, I'll create a custom listing and message the link to you. If you're not happy, we can discuss it and try to figure something out.

If you are looking to purchase a pattern, which is an instant download, and you have ANY questions, PLEASE ask me first! Once you purchase the pattern, there are absolutely NO refunds. I am happy to answer any questions, even if it means you decide not to purchase from me. I would much rather lose a sale than have an unhappy customer!

This listing is for a cross stitch PATTERN. It is NOT a finished cross stitch project.
The pattern includes three separate graphs in PDF format. One is a black and white graph, one is a color graph, and one is a graph for use in pattern keeper. They are all included in the purchase price.
This pattern is for instant download. I will NOT be sending anything to you. This is the downloadable pattern ONLY, there are no supplies included. You must purchase cross stitch fabric and floss separately, as well as any other supplies you may need.

This pattern is for HAND stitching, NOT embroidery machines!

All patterns have a background. None of them will be the object and no stitching around it. If you don't want to stitch the background, you can simply not stitch it. Using a pen or pencil to separate what you want stitched from what you don't want stitched would likely make it easier. I cannot remove the background.

Finished size depends on the thread count of the fabric you use. The most common sizes are shown in the pictures for each pattern. This picture is also included in the download for your future reference. If you wish to use a different thread count fabric, to find out the size of fabric you need, simply divide the number of stitches across by the thread count of the fabric. Do the same with the number of stitches down. These numbers are also included on the reference picture.

All pages are watermarked, as shown in the sample pattern pictures included in the shop listing. This watermark in no way impedes the reading of the graphs, as apparent in the pictures.
