- Please send in Excel format (.xlsx), or Numbers app formats only. PDFs don't allow to edit the file.
- Please ensure that the number of labels you have matches the quantity you purchased. The labels are sold in sets of 10. For instance, if you currently have 34 labels, please kindly purchase a total of 40 labels. This ensures that once you exceed 30 labels, a new sheet containing 10 labels will be printed. If you have any blank labels, I can fill them out with your return address information. Just let me know or add it to the spreadsheet..

2) Click on the "Blank" button on the top left of the page
3) On the top dropdown menu, click on "File", "Open", click on the "Upload" tab.
4) On the "Upload" tab, click on the "Select a file from your device" button
5) Select the "Downloads" folder. Select the spreadsheet file you saved from http://www.heartsroots.com/guest

STEP 1
Select on the dropdown menu above the quantity/label color and label design

STEP 2
Please send me an Excel / Google Sheets for a faster processing time (Google Sheets it's free and a great alternative to Excel, you just need a Google account which is free to create. To access Google Sheets, please go to this link: http://sheets.google.com).

ps. Please make sure to double-check all names and addresses before you send me for a faster outcome/shipment - more than 2 revisions will be charged a fee.

ps2. Don't use hidden columns/rows/commas/separate lines (each info should be in one line only) on your spreadsheet file.

STEP 3
Please leave a note regarding lettercase for the names: all lowercase letters or Capital Letters (initials in Uppercase).

STEP 4
A digital proof will be prepared and sent to you. Once you approve it, the file will be processed, printed and delivered to you.

ps. if you want a different label design, you can choose any of the label designs from my store and copy and paste the link on the 'notes to seller' section (on the checkout).

*** VERY IMPORTANT ***
* If you choose a label which letters start with a lowercase one, please specify if you would like all lowercase letters (as the listing example) or 'Capital Letters' (first letter of names & last names in uppercase) on the checkout's 'Notes to Seller' box, otherwise the proof will be done as shown on the sample (lowercase letters).

** To avoid errors and mistakes, please send the guest list showing the names, last names and additional names *exactly* as you want to show when printed.
