Gratitude is one of the best proven, and simplest methods of bringing more happiness into your life. This 30 day journal challenges you to write 3 new things each day, that you're grateful for. Doing this will train your brain to scan the world for more positive things! Helping you stay happier!

Each page is beautifully designed, some pages have prompts to inspire your writing like '3 people you're grateful for' & other days have interactive charts to fill in.

Filled with bright colours and uplifting vibes, it really is the happiest gratitude journal!

We really care about quality. When you get your journal you'll enjoy vibrant colours, beautiful design on each page and be able to clearly see and feel the superior quality of the materials used.

Journal pages are printed on a fine 120gsm uncoated paper stock for the highest quality and ensures colour vibrancy on each page. Uncoated paper is lovely to write on and minimises the chance of ink smudges.

The cover is a thick 250gsm matt laminated which gives a durable, but still 'paperback' finish. Matt lamination is soft to the touch and protective.

There are 62 pages in total including the covers. The size is A6: 105x148 mm (10x15cm) or 4-1/8 x 5-7/8 inches and approximately 8mm thick.

UK orders are shipped via a fully tracked service - Royal Mail Tracked 48. It usually takes 1-2 business days. :) If you need it sooner, there is a next-day option you can choose during checkout.
International orders are shipped on a non-tracked service with 3-7 business days delivery. Tracked service is available during checkout.

A perfect little gift for a loved one. My wife had mentioned she’s been feeling ‘negative’ lately and didn’t enjoy feeling that way. This inspired me to look for something that might help. I felt like 30 day habit builder was what I was looking for. Long enough that it might make a difference, but not soo long that it would feel too much of a commitment for her to try out. She was genuinely delighted and has started making it part of her midday work break habit to fill out instead of the temptation to ‘doom scroll’. Hope she continues to enjoy using it!
