Difference between luster and metallic paper

The Luster paper is somewhere between glossy and matte finish. It has a slightly glossy finish, which helps to enhance a photo's color and details. But, also features a very fine texture, to help reduce problems with glare and fingerprints. The Metallic paper almost looks like the photo was printed on a sheet of metal. It has a very high gloss finish, which really makes the colors pop.

When will my order arrive?

Most items are made to order, handling time varies by item. Upgrading shipping, does not speed up the handling time. Time in transit within the US 1st Class Mail - 2-6 business days Priority Mail - 1-4 business days Express Mail - 1-2 business days Please be aware that the PO does not guarantee delivery times for 1st class and Priority Mail. Delivery times for these services are based on postal service estimates and do not guarantee actual arrival dates.

My shipping address is wrong, can I change it?

As long as you provide me with the correct shipping address, before the order is shipped, it can be changed. Once the order is shipped, it's too late to change it. You are responsible for providing the correct address. If the package gets returned to me, I can reship it to you, for an additional shipping cost. If the item does not get returned to me there's nothing I can do.
