Full Transparency: I ask that all my customers and viewers are clearly aware of this Entire Store and it's Listing Contents; Every single listing Item you see is and will be CUSTOM MADE WHEN ORDERED! Nothing is Technically in Stock, but stock needs to be present in order to sell a listing. This is why you may see multiple items like nightstands or gun racks, etc. But to be clear, EVERYTHING has to be custom made when ordered!

Due to uncertain amounts of orders and lead times scheduled ahead of YOUR recently purchased item(s), this is the explanation for long lead times (especially on larger furniture pieces that take some time to build.) Generally for Decor Items, the build time is pretty quick, I just have prior orders to complete ahead of yours.

I Diligently try to be consistent with Deadlines, although sometimes Delays can occur, after all this is all custom made from scratch; so I ask that you all be patient and understanding going into this process before making your final purchase(s) with North American Rustics. If for any reason you can not be understanding, somewhat flexible, or just find this completely unacceptable; please just do yourself a favor and move along, please go shop somewhere else. (I will not deal with impatient, ungrateful, bad review leaving, complaint driven discount seekers, customers that are purposely never happy) Especially since I do everything I can to make this process as accommodating, openly transparent, and as pleasantly fun as possible as well as Produce a Quality Product with the reclaimed materials I have to work with.

I love building unique custom furniture for customers as unique as the pieces themselves, and I'm happy to work with so many wonderful people. Shopping here with North American Rustics is a unique experience designed to be catered to each individuals needs. I take pride in my work, and if for some reason you take serious issue with the final product, we can respectfully go through the process of canceling/returning/refunding with you.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the time and materials, the cost of producing items and doing business, There will be a 35% restocking fee for orders that have been built, or shipped. There is No Fee (0%) for cancellation before any work starts on an order. Exchanges can be met with shipping expenses covered by the customer if necessary.

"Well, if you got through all that;" I think we will have a very beneficial, mutually respectful, and positively reinforced working relationship with one another! Just reach out to me with any questions or concerns. Please let me know how I can assist you with a Custom Handmade Reclaimed Rustic Wood Furniture & Home Decor order as per your needs. Very Happy to work with you, and thank you again for Stopping in and Shopping at North American Rustics!
