ORDER CANCELATION
You have 14 days to change your mind and cancel your purchase. The 14-day period starts from the day you receive the goods. Returned items must be in brand-new condition, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked delivery when returning items, as we assume no responsibility for lost returns. We will inform you by email as soon as we receive your package. Once the goods are returned to us in the original and unused condition, we will issue a refund. When you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. It may take a few days to see the refund on your account.
RETURNS
We are sure you will enjoy our fuzzy items. But just in case they don’t meet your expectations, you have 14 days after your order is delivered to inform us you would like to return the items. Please keep in mind that we cannot directly exchange goods, so if you decide you would like a different product, you will need to return your order and place a new one.
REFUNDS
We’re happy to offer a refund if there is any damage to an order. This can be manufacturing errors, items arriving with stains, or the order arriving with evident, demonstrable damage. If you discover any damage to the products you ordered, please contact us within 7 days since your order has been delivered. Please reach out with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition to our email. We will cover the costs of the product and shipping in such an event.
