Due to the nature of these digital products, I cannot offer a refund, exchanges or returns. Once the file has been sent, the sale is FINAL. Once the PDF file is in your possession the quality of print will depend on the inks you use, printer settings and quality of printer.

You will be able to either print it at home or ask a professional. FedEx, Office Depot and Staples are our recommendations if you want to print your templates professionally.

Unfortunately, we don't offer printing services. However, the Notebooks and Journals are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

An editable and/or fillable PDF planner/insert/sticker is a PDF document that allows the user to type in text in specific fillable fields.

The PDF file is Password Protected to protect the design and the clipart terms of usage. However, the password is not needed if you are filling in the areas that are created to be filled. Keep in mind the design is not editable. Only Text, Color of Text, Size of Text and Font choice.

Please NOTE: The design of the planner/insert/sticker cannot be changed - Unless a custom order is arranged to be created.

You’ll need Acrobat Reader to open, type and print the PDF file. Please open on a desktop computer as I'm not certain it will work correctly on an ipad or phone. You can download Acrobat Reader for free at http://get.adobe.com/reader/. Please use Acrobat Reader and not another named pdf reader brand.

Please note these pdf files will not work in Microsoft Word, Silhouette and Circuit Machines.

You can print them on sticker paper - Full Sheet Shipping Labels work really well - that you can purchase easily online on places like Amazon, or regular printing paper. If you use regular printing paper, you can use a glue stick to adhere the stickers to your planner.

You can use a regular pair of scissors to cut out your stickers or a craft knife. You can also use other types of precision hand cutting tools - like the GyroCut - that you can find on craft stores or on Amazon.

At this time, I am in the process getting silhouette cut files to add to the PDF Listings. It is a slow work in progress. I now have a silhouette machine to create my PDF files and offer Silhouette Cut Files. I still do not know how a cricut works.

Your results may look slightly different from My Life Planners listing photos as the color and sharpness of your printing will be determined by the quality of your own printer and the adhesive paper you use.
