Products can be gently spot cleaned with a clean, (water) damp cloth as needed. The use of chemicals or abrasive cleaners may damage the print. None of our products are dishwasher safe. Extreme weather conditions may shorten the lifespan of products if used outdoors.

We ship to the address listed with the order. Orders will ship through either the US postal service or UPS ground. Please make sure your shipping address accepts mail delivery as mail delivery is often used.

Please list suite, and apartment numbers in the shipping address. In the event that an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we are happy to re-ship the item. The buyer is responsible for the postage cost of re-shipment. If buyer prefers to cancel the returned order, we will refund the buyer 50% of the purchase price. Custom orders are not eligible for refund.

Unless specified in the listing, all our products are designed out of polystyrene. Thickness of material varies depending on the particular product. Please contact us if more specifics are needed.

For signs that sit on the counter or desk, durability is rarely an issue unless the sign is mistreated. Table numbers are where we see the most breakage and wear and tear. Since table numbers are typically used in busy restaurant environments, they tend to have significant handling. The lifespan of table numbers varies significantly depending on the environment they are being used in. While table numbers can withstand a fair amount of abuse before experiencing breakage, they may start showing wear and tear from repeated handling. Most customers find that they do need to replace their numbers periodically.

Stock products may be returned with prior authorization. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping via a trackable method. Once we receive tracking that the return has been scanned by the carrier, we will issue the return. Etsy is responsible for processing the return payment, please allow a few days for processing. We charge a 25% restock/ product loss fee on all returns. Returns will not be granted past the 7 day window.

Please note, we do not accept returns on any custom printed products. Custom includes any changes to wording, numbers, special medias, colors, logos, sizes, pictures etc.

If your order arrives damaged, or a mistake was made on our part. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Pictures of damaged products (including packaging) will be required by the shipping carrier. Please have photos of the damage available. Please note, it is the responsibility of the buyer to provide a secure spot for delivery of order.
