If you order a bracelet, I do need an exact wrist measurement. Use a measuring tape or string and be sure it is taut – no gaps. Please do not add extra space to compensate for a comfortable fit. I take this into consideration when making your bracelet to ensure your bracelet will fit properly! If you add more length than what the measurement indicates, you will have a bracelet that is most likely too big or too long for you. Wrist measurements are not needed for 'slide' bangle style bracelets.

Custom and personalized orders

I welcome custom orders. Please know that if you do place a custom order, this jewelry is made specially for you! Custom orders are not returnable - they are final sales. If for some reason you want changes made to your jewelry once you receive it, I will be more than happy to do this for you, however there may be an additional fee.

I use all high quality materials for my jewelry. All my jewelry is nickel free, lead free and all hypoallergenic. I use surgical steel posts for all my post-stud style earrings. I use all high quality chains. I carefully choose my jewelry supplies keeping in mind there are many customers with sensitive skin, not to mention to ensure high quality and durability of the pieces! I want you to enjoy these pieces for a long long time!

Shipping times/Turnaround times

My turnaround time does change depending on how many orders I receive daily. However it usually is between 2 days and 8 days. Occasionally it will be slightly longer if I go out of town for a weekend or receive a larger number of orders than usual. If you need something rushed, please message me . . . .this is usually not a problem (depending on the piece). I try not to charge for 'rush' orders as I know how expensive weddings can be and these frivilous fees are frustrating for any bride. Shipping times are available in every listing in my shop.

The white/light ivory pearls are a soft white or very light ivory. They match beautifully with a white dress or light ivory dress. The cream pearls are a rich creamy color and match a much darker ivory dress. Sometimes the cream pearls can have a hint of yellow when next to light ivory dresses. (Most other Etsy shops refer to the cream pearls as “ivory” pearls) The Swarovski cream rose pearls are a soft ivory with a hint of blush - these are gorgeous with the rose gold tone settings. Please note that the colors are exaggerated in the picture – from 5 feet away you can hardly tell a difference.
