Shipping Address Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, including a full post/zipcode. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible, we’ll do our best to help, but changes can’t always be made once your order has been dispatched. If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, the courier may charge a fee. These fees, along with the cost of reshipping, will need to be paid before we can send your order again. Personalised/custom items are non-refundable in these cases. Assuming the item is returned to us, non-personalised orders can be refunded for the item only; original postage costs are non-refundable outside of the UK/EU.

Colour & Print Disclaimer

Please note that colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen. This is due to differences in how devices display colour, and we unfortunately can't guarantee that printed colours will be an exact match to your digital preview. For our personalised portrait items, some hairstyles or clothing options may share the same general colour name (e.g. "blonde" or "pink") but appear in different shades. These subtle differences reflect the artistic style and individuality of each illustration, and are not considered faults. As such, refunds or replacements will not be offered on this basis.

How to Personalise an Order

✨ Greeting Cards If you'd like a personalised message printed inside your card, simply select the "Personalised Message" option from the drop-down menu. Then click Add Personalisation on the order page to type out your message. ✨ Illustrated Wedding Cards Please refer to the listing instructions for how to order. You'll need to fill out the customisation template (hairstyles, skin tones, outfits, and card wording) in the same Add Personalisation box mentioned above. ✨ Wedding Stationery For save the dates, invitations and other stationery, just send us a message or email with your order number. Let us know your personalisation details, such as wording and colour schemes, and we’ll take it from there. If you're unsure, just message us!

Our wedding stationery is handmade and individually finished, so slight differences may occur between items. This is due to trimming and finishing being done by hand, and is not considered a fault. We include a 3mm margin on all sides to allow for these minor variations. Once you’ve approved your final design, we are unable to make further changes. As our stationery is fully personalised and made to order, it is excluded from returns, exchanges or refunds unless an item arrives damaged or faulty. Please check all spelling and details carefully before approving designs for print, as we don’t offer spellchecking, and errors provided by the buyer are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We accept returns on non-personalised and non made-to-order items. Note our pocketfolds are made to order so are therefore exempt from return. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery & return the item within another 14 days. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If you're outside the UK, please clearly mark your parcel as ‘RETURN’ to avoid customs charges. Any fees we are charged will be deducted from your refund. Once your item is safely back with us, we’ll issue a refund for the item, excluding any upgraded postage. For returns outside the UK or EU, only the item cost will be refunded. Personalised or custom orders are non-returnable unless faulty.

We offer gift wrap at checkout, perfect for treating yourself or sending to a loved one. Orders will be wrapped in pink tissue paper. If you've ordered multiple items to your own address, they’ll be wrapped as a single bundle. If you're sending one card directly to the recipient, it will be gift wrapped after being placed in the envelope. If you’d like each item wrapped individually, please message us first, as the gift wrap fee covers one product. Smaller parcels are sent in board mailers and larger orders may arrive in boxes. Please note: marking your order as a 'gift' does not include gift wrapping.

We’re happy to help with cancellations if your request reaches us before work has begun. Once we’ve started creating your digital PDF files or personalised proofs, we’re unable to cancel as the design time has already been invested. The same applies if your order has been printed or dispatched. If you change your mind, please get in touch with us as soon as possible - if no work has started, we’ll happily process your cancellation and confirm your refund for you right away.

Faulty or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives incorrectly, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and we'll happily arrange a free like for like replacement. Please note that change of mind requests, including changes to chosen personalisation options (such as sizes, colours, outfits, names or wording), are not eligible for free replacements. If your order arrives damaged during transit, we require clear photos of both the item and the original outer packaging, including the full delivery label. These images are needed in order to raise a claim with the courier and issue a replacement. Please keep all items and packaging until the issue has been resolved. All other issues with delivery must be reported within 30 days.

🇺🇸 USA Shipping & Tariffs 🇺🇸

We ship worldwide, including the USA! However, customers who are placing orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any non-mainland US state must be arranged with us before placing an order. Although these few states may appear under "United States" at checkout, our courier does not class them as mainland USA and the shipping prices shown at checkout do not apply. We can send you a payment link on Etsy to pay the correct shipping for your order via Etsy messages. Where applicable, any US reciprocal tariffs are added to the item cost and remitted on your behalf. This means there are no additional charges to pay on delivery and no surprise bills on delivery. Tariffs are changing all the time, so this may be subject to change.

You can place an order on this page. In the first drop down menu you'll need to select the size of the wedding sign you require. In the second drop down menu you can select the style of material your design will be printed onto.

𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗘𝗥 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗘𝗗... 𝗡𝗢𝗪 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧?
Once your order has been placed, you will need to send us a message with your personalisation requirements. Please include all of the wording you need on your design, as well as any colour amendments you would like us to make. If you have this information in a document, please email it along with your order number to hello [!at] foxesonboxes.com.

In a few days, we will send through your digital design proofs for you to look over. Your order comes with 3 rounds of digital proofing where we can add names to your order until you're happy with it. Once you're happy to sign it off for printing, no further amendments or additions can be requested, and we'll print and dispatch the order within 4-8 business days.
