---- How To Order ----

1) Select desired options from drop down menu (i.e., size, color, quantity).
2) If you selected a metallic/glitter/shimmer/neon/holo option, enter the desired color in the personalization box. (i.e., METALLIC SILVER - ANY METALLIC)
3)If your order has the option for custom font, enter the desired font in the personalization box.
4) If you would like a proof of your order, please make note of this in the personalization box. Proofs are not provided unless they are requested!
5) Fill out remainder personalization box while checking out. Enter NA if there are no changes.
6) Select a shipping upgrade if desired.
7) For orders with custom artwork, send an email to orders [!at] studiodecals.com.

***IMPORTANT*** Double check the size of the decal you purchased will fit your application properly. We suggest taking masking/painters tape and tape a rectangle onto the area you plan to put the decal and stand back and look at it and adjust as necessary. Then measure that area within the tape for your preferred size of decal. If you require a size other than what is listed contact us and we can make your decals any size!

---- Additional Information ----

- The "Buy Now" button on Etsy is only for a quantity of 1 with standard shipping. If you require more than 1, then be sure to click the "Add to cart" button instead.
- Please check additional images in our listing to see all colors available.
- Full color printed decals are designs printed onto a white background, similar to store bought stickers. See image in listing for example.
- 2 color decals are die-cut vinyl decals with no background. If you chose this option, make note of which parts/words are which colors while checking out.

---- Shipping & Delivery ----
- All orders have a processing time shown on the listing, this is the time it takes to prepare and ship out your order.
- If a proof is requested, this will delay the processing time by as many days it takes to receive an approval of the proof. Shipping times will also be affected by proofs and proof approvals. For example, if proof approval takes 3 days, shipping and delivery dates need to be adjusted by 3 days. This will not be reflected on your order receipt email.
- Shipping times are shown on the order, all shipping times are estimates and NOT guaranteed.
- Orders shipped to Canada DO come with tracking if order total is over $15 (before discounts, taxes and shipping charges). Orders under $15 do NOT come with tracking and are shipped via Lettermail.
-If your order is under $15 and you would like tracking, select the "Economy Tracked Shipping" option while checking out.
- If you would like express shipping to Canada select a shipping upgrade while checking out.
- Orders to USA & International will come with tracking.
- If you would like express shipping to USA & International locations select an upgrade while checking out.
- We use a specialized mail courier for USA shipments, please allow 1-2 days for tracking to be updated as tracking does not update till packages arrive in the USA from Canada.
- All decals are shipped in high quality rigid mailers to protect the decal.

---- Returns & Exchanges ----

- We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized products. This includes items with specific sizing and colors. Please note almost our entire shop is customized made to order products so ensure the item you purchase is correct!- If we make an error on your order, we will replace the order as it was originally placed. No changes are allowed on order(s) being re-shipped.

---- Miscellaneous & Application ----

- Read ALL application/tips & tricks information cards provided with your order.
- All decals are made from high quality commercial grade outdoor vinyl.
- All decals include high grade transfer tape for easy application.
- Apply on solid surfaces such as glass, plastic, acrylic, plexiglass, metal, mirrors and wood.
- These decals are easily removed but NOT reusable.
- This type of vinyl will conform to slightly uneven/gently curved surfaces but are not meant for very obtuse surfaces.
- DO NOT apply these decals to indoor walls and other delicate surfaces, this type of vinyl could remove indoor wall paints.
- If you would like indoor rated removable decals, please see our other items or send us a message.
- Decal displayed in photos is an example. Color and size may vary from finished product.
- Not recommended to put drink ware with decals applied into dishwasher, hand washing is recommended.
