If you purchased Priority Mail or insurance, please contact the post office with your tracking number to file a claim with them. If you have not purchased insurance, no replacement will be issued.

I am happy to change the size of the patterns that I use, but I cannot create new styles for you.

Sizes are average or one size fits most. Please message me if you need a special size before ordering. Please read the hat dimensions in the description section of each listing. You may request your hat size in the message section on the order form. I will make it in the dimensions noted. There is no upcharge for sizing changes. Hats with sizing changes are not returnable.

To maintain the vibrant colors and shape, machine or hand wash cold, mild detergent, tumble dry low. Drip dry best. No bleach. Warm iron. Drying on high or medium heat may shrink the hat and cause patches to loosen. We are not responsible for improper care of the hat.

I keep over 300 prints in stock. If you see another style in the fabric you want, just ask. I can likely make your style in that fabric. If you do not see your team in any hats, it is either out of stock or I do not carry it. Please ask, I may be able to get it.

The cuffed hat is 1 inch taller all around so that it can be turned up forming a cuff. It also acts as a 4 layer cotton sweatband. They both are lined on the sides only, with the same fabric, so that the good side shows when turned up.

Yes, I can add a sweatband to the men's unlined style. Most men's unlined have an option to purchase the sweatband style in the listing, if not please let me know before ordering. There is an additional charge for the sweatband.

Please contact your local post office with the tracking number and see if they can locate your parcel. They use GPS to locate exact location it was delivered. Also, please check with other household members, the mail carrier, and your neighbors asap to see if they might know it’s location. If you believe your package has been stolen, you may file a stolen package report with USPS. Send me the report ID number so I can verify the report, and I will gladly replace your hat if the fabric is still in stock. If not, I will send another print in the same team to replace it. Many times the package shows up in a few days having been delivered to a neighbor by mistake, or having been forgotten inside the truck.
