1. After purchase is made, you can message me your request through Etsy, or leave your request in the "Note to Seller" .
2. Please let me know what you would like to engrave at the end of the poem...(We love you Daddy, ?) etc.
3. Also, please note that I can make any changes to poem if you'd like.
4. I engrave exactly what you send, so please make sure it is correct.

· Return tags must be shipped back within 7 days of the time the buyer received the tags. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
