I am based in the UK and I do not guarantee any delivery to reach you by a specific date as once it is posted I have no control over the time it take to deliver your item.

Outside the UK everything is sent using Royal Mail's International Standard service. There are postage upgrades available if you wish to purchase it at check out to a trackable method.

You are responsible for ensuring the address provided by you on the sales receipt is correct as this is the address I will post to. I will not be held responsible for missing or undelivered parcels if this information is wrong.

You are responsible for any additional postage charges in order to resend a parcel if it is returned to me as undelivered and you want the items to be resent.

Individual beads and small items present a potential choking risk, keep out of reach of children.

I package your items in a pretty paper bag as standard, I do not offer a gift wrapping service. I can add a small message that will be typed onto a plain white sticker and placed on the paper bag.
