Everything from the purchase, to the shipping, and actual receiving of this necklace went smoothly and was taken care of with the utmost kindness and attention. The necklace is clearly very high quality, was shipped and arrived incredibly quickly (esp. considering it was coming from Europe to the US), and it was packaged so beautifully and with such care—the store owner hand-wrote me a sweet little note thanking me for my purchase, which absolutely made my heart melt. Five stars, without question, and I hope to find other jewelry items from this seller too!
