Your print will be shipped in a clear cellophane sleeve and mailed in a flat rigid mailer to protect it from damage.
Stationery will be shipped in a cellophane sleeve. If 2 or more sets are ordered, it will be in a clear box.

Your print or stationery will be created on heavy weight, 110 lb matte white cardstock with fade resistant flat ink.

No, the frame is not included.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. Please make sure you are purchasing the correct item before you check out.

I love custom work. Convo me and we'll work together to create the print/stationery for you. There may be an extra charge for this service.

Prints and stationery have a turnaround time of 4-5 days. Turnaround time does not include shipping times. I do accept rush orders, but there will be an additional fee.

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your print. If your print will be refunded, the print(s) need to be shipped back without creases or bends. Refund is for the prints only. Shipping costs are not refunded and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Each set comes with 10 note cards and 10 envelopes.

Type your information into the "message to PrintingWithMyChis" box at checkout. Every listing says what information is required for each product.
Your text will be copied and pasted as you typed to avoid any errors. Please make sure your information is correct before submitting the order. If the design uses all uppercase or lowercase letters, it will be printed like the design.


Can I see a proof before shipping?

Yes, just write in the notes section when checking out that you would like to see a proof.
Please note, that if a proof is requested, it will be longer before your order is shipped.
