Yes, all invitation and stationery orders include envelopes. White envelopes are standard, but see my "Upgrades" section for other color and weight options.

Envelopes are NOT included with notepads or notebooks.

Once you have placed an order and provided me with all relevant information (via notes to seller section, Etsy conversation, or e-mail), you should expect to receive a proof in 3-5 business days OR LESS. Most orders receive proofs in less than 24 hours (M-F business hours)

After you have approved a proof, your order will ship in 3-5 business days or less :), depending on the product. We will send a follow up message, but order will be shipped as shown on the last day product is due to ship if we don't receive approval.

Shipping time depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout. We can ship via USPS or UPS.

Absolutely! You have 3 free revisions after seeing the initial proof.

Date, time, and spelling corrections ARE included in the free revisions.

Color changes ARE included with your free revisions. However, please send a message to make sure color changes are available on a particular design/product.

Font, design and graphic changes ARE NOT included with your free revisions but may be available for a $5 fee. Again, just ask if it's possible for the design you are interested in!

Unfortunately, no - what you see on the design is high resolution simulated glitter. It will print to appear like glitter, but will not be textured or raised from the product as a true glitter would be.

We are not responsible if your address on Etsy is incorrect. Once the package is returned to us, we can send you a link to pay for the shipping cost to the correct address.

If you package is damaged in shipping, please reach out with photos within 10 business days of receiving product, so we may file a claim with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for damage after this time when product is used.
