Patient is an understatement!!! It's been three weeks and still has NOT moved out of Poland. Yes I am tracking as you said. You tell me you put it in the mail and now it is up to the postal service. How kind of you to be so understanding...not! You may want to put in your description that you ship out the orders but aren't concerned after it leaves your hands. Your products look beautiful but your customer service is lacking and that is why I am giving you 1 star...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
