Yes, as long as the item is in it's original condition and packaging and is returned within 10 business days from the day that it was delivered to you. However as each item is made upon request, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are sent once your returned item has been received and I have confirmed that the item is still in it's original condition/packaging.

If your order has yet to be shipped, I will be happy to change the mailing address for you. If I have already shipped your package, grab the tracking number from your order information (under My Account > Purchases) and file a package intercept with the post office. Great product and service! The day of purchase I already received an email about my order, then the next day they were already shipped. Considering this was a customized product I was expecting it to take at least a week before being shipped, but it was so fast and the quality of all the items I ordered were perfect and just how I expected them to turn out!
