What if my purchase arrives damaged or is lost in transit?

I do my best to package all orders with appropriate foam, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc. Unfortunately, there are rare occasions when the post office delivers a damaged item. Should your item arrive damaged, please save the item and all packaging and convo me and attach pictures of the damaged item and the packaging. This will assist me in making the insurance claim for your refund. Insurance claims are done online, but your local post office may require inspecting the damaged item and the box it came in. I will notify you once the claim is complete.

DESCRIPTION: Although this is not an exact matching set, both are Trifari and coordinate well together. The palm frond brooch is made of silver tone metal with brushed metal leaves and shiny metal trim and stems. The clip earrings are brushed silver tone leaves with shiny metal veins. Where the leaves gather to the side of the earring (the side that's closest to the face) are five small faux pearls. Scattered around the earrings are six tiny clear rhinestones. Made in the United States in the 1960s, both the brooch and the earrings are signed with the Crown Trifari mark. The jewelry set will be shipped in a gift box with jeweler's cotton.

-- Brooch: 4 inches long, 1 1/2 inches wide

CONDITION: Both the brooch and earrings are in very good condition. The hardware works and no stones are missing. One rhinestone is a bit cloudy but the rest are clear.

PROVENANCE: Obtained from an online estate sale in Highland Park, IL.

USE: This is a lovely set to wear together or separately. The brooch can be dressed up or dressed down. The earrings are suitable for business wear or a night out on the town.
