Shipping Address Responsibility

We totally get it—typos happen! But to keep things running smoothly, please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Custom and personalized orders

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, don’t worry—you still have options! Since we covered the shipping cost the first time, we do ask that you cover the cost of reshipping. Once we receive the returned package, we’ll send you with a link to pay for the new shipping label before we resend it. We accept returns on eligible items, but a 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective items returned in original, unused condition. This helps cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.
