Sprouts And Roots is happy to tweak a few things about the pieces in the shop as each item is hand crafted from sheet metal right here in the studio.

Depending on the season, I may offer to do entire customized pieces as well. Feel free to contact me if you desire a custom order and I'll let you know.

If there's an option to choose a length of a necklace or a size of a ring, you'll have those options available during check out using the dropdown tabs.

RESIZING:
◊If the resizing is within a 1/2 size it's $5.00 per ring.
◊ If your ring needs to be sized up or sized down more than a 1/2 size of the original size chosen, there is a 30% fabrication fee.

I strongly recommend you contact me if there is a sizing issue instead of a third party to resize the ring. Any third party involved in the resizing of the ring voids any contract of me "fixing" or "resizing" your ring. Solder comes in 4 stages of melting temperatures. If a third party is involved the buyer risks the integrity of the ring.

To maintain the longevity of your jewelry, avoid wearing in showers, pools, hot tubs, or any other body of water with harsh chemicals. Store your jewelry in an air tight bag when not in use. Always remove jewelry before applying lotions, perfumes, or hand soap. All of our metal items come with a polishing pad. Use this pad to maintain shine and luster and remove undesired tarnish. It is normal, and completely harmless for some metals to cause slight skin discoloration. As the jewelry is worn, this will diminish over time due to the metal absorbing the oils in your skin, creating a nice, natural barrier on the metal. If any discoloration becomes bothersome, a coating of beeswax wherever the metal touches your skin will prevent oxidation.

Your piece will come beautifully packaged and wrapped in an elegant black bag. Inside, will be your receipt, a business card, and care instructions (note, currently care instructions are being printed on paper until the business card style is restocked). Most pieces are delivered in a jewelry box, however, pet id tags are not.

I do offer to sell wholesale. If you're shop is interested in adding my designs, contact me and I'll check to make sure we don't have anyone in your area selling with me first. After that, if you're shop is approved, I'll send you a line sheet with my policies and get started!

Everything here is made to order just for YOU! Currently, my shop is set to a 1-2 week fabrication time due to the high volume of orders.

INSURANCE: It is up to the customer to purchase insurance or upgrade to Priority Shipping ($50 insurance included) with their package. Once the customer's package leaves my hands, it is in the hands of the USPS and is no longer my responsibility.

If a package is lost in the mail, please contact your carrier first. Also, please contact me so I can stay in the loop. I want to make the customer's buying experience as pleasant as possible, but sometimes these things happen.

SHIPPING TIMES: It is noted in my Shop Announcement, during check out, and in the follow up email when each customer's order will be subject to ship. Each piece is hand made here. If you upgrade your shipping option, it will ship with that shipping style when ready.
