This listing allows you to order a sample four-piece invitation suite, which includes the invitation, navy envelope, fully assembled envelope liner, reply card and navy reply envelope. A packet of the six invitation papers is included.

I encourage the purchase of a sample so you can see the print colors and feel the paper. This is the best way to know if this invitation suite will be right for you.

Samples are pre-printed. Color and text cannot be changed. Please message me if you require a custom sample (additional fee).

BUILD YOUR CUSTOM INVITATION SUITE

Build a custom invitation design by choosing your desired items, font pairing and high-quality cover stock.

Available Invitation Suite Items:
• Invitation cards – Size 5”x7”
• White/cream or colored invitation envelopes – size A7 to fit invitation card
• Envelope liners adhered by hand to the envelopes
• Reply cards – size 5”x3.5”
• Reply postcards – size 5.5”x4.25”
• White/cream or colored reply envelopes – size A1 to fit reply cards
• Enclosure cards for details – available in various sizes
• White ink address printing (for dark colored envelopes) – guest address, return address, reply envelope addressing
• Dark ink address printing (for light colored envelopes) – guest address, return address, reply envelope addressing

PAPER – Six high-quality, thick paper options are available including 110lb textured white, 110lb textured cream, 110lb cotton bright white, 110lb cotton pearl white, 120lb Ultrawhite eggshell and 130lb smooth white cover stock.

FONTS – Fourteen font pairings are available so you can choose the font that best matches your style.

QUANTITY – Any quantity of invitations can be accommodated.

COLORS – Navy, white- and cream-colored envelopes are stock envelopes. Other envelope colors are available (additional fee).


ORDERING INFORMATION and PROCESS

To receive a price quote, please complete our invitation questionnaire, which can be requested from Jennifer Paper via Etsy message. In the questionnaire, you will provide your event details and desired wording. Once you are ready to place your invitation order, an Etsy listing will be created for your payment. For orders over $200, you have the option to make a 50% deposit payment to begin the invitation design process.

Once the payment is made, a digital proof of your customized invitation suite will be provided in a pdf presentation. At this point, you have the opportunity to review the proofs and provide your feedback and revisions. I will guide you through the process, answering any questions you have about design, typical invitation etiquette and wording to make the invitation process simple and stress free. Three rounds of revisions are included; additional revisions are $30 per draft.

During the review process, please check for full accuracy of details (spelling, dates, times, etc.). While I complete a review on my own, the client is ultimately responsible for ensuring complete accuracy of the information.

Once you approve the design and make the final payment, items go to print. After printing has begun, additional changes will require a fee. Once items have been shipped to you, a notification and tracking number will be provided.


TIMING

Items will be shipped 14 business days after design approval and receipt of final payment.

Rush proofing, processing, and shipping are available for additional fees. Please contact me for more information.

Sample pricing on a four-piece invitation suite is provided below to give an idea of the cost. Because invitation pricing is itemized based on your requirements, please request a quote for accurate pricing.
