This is beyond our control and we assure you these are the highest quality available. If you find loose stones - you can reattach them with a name brand glue such as gem tac or Liquid fusion. Dip a toothpick in the glue and dab a small amount onto the empty space. use your fingers or tweezers to reset the stone. Allow 24 hrs for drying.
You may also use a clear glossy acrylic sealer spray to coat the entire pendant to prevent stone loss. As long as it is name brand and clear it will not harm the pendant or stones.
