Company said chandelier would be delivered Nov 8-9 it is now the 14th I have called and left 2 messages with no replay. When we initially ordered the chandelier the company called me, now nothing

Hello Jordan, I am VERY SORRY that is happened! I would have felt the same way!! This should have never happened and it is ALL my fault! I did not realize till later that our employee had stopped communicating with clients and basically had quit working- gone AWOL and hadn't told us. I panicked because I was asked to review by etsy and the items had not been received. I moved into a new home and it was so hard to keep track of every light I purchased. In retrospect, Im so glad I went to etsy and got this piece of art! It's so beautiful in my great room with the other chandelier I purchased from them over the dining table...worth the money and wait. That is what art is about. (BTW, the owner must be in so much demand he/she did not care about my first bad review when etsy asked for it. You are blessed if he/she takes our order. Go for the showstopper!)

I moved into a new home and couldn't believe how long it took to get items, even though they asked for my review. This one was worth the wait. Its a show stopper amazing piece of art.
