📦 Perishable Item Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, it is the buyer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery.

Customers must contact us within 1 hour of confirmed delivery if there are any issues with their order.

We are not responsible for items that are left outside, unattended, or exposed to heat after delivery. While we take care to package all items with insulation and ice packs when needed, they cannot withstand being left outdoors for extended periods.

Failure to bring your package inside promptly or to notify us within the 1-hour window will result in the order being considered successfully delivered and no replacements or credits will be issued.

These are even more beautiful in person than you can imagine. They taste delicious and just melt in your mouth. This seller is the absolute best! So professional, accommodating, and very responsive.
