The item itself is absolutely awesome, and will be used for my daughter’s upcoming figure skating competitions. However, the seller took nearly a month to send it and hadn’t communicated anything, leading me to ask for a refund if the item was not sent, the item was then sent within a few days, and it arrived within a week (travelling time from US to UK). The seller was polite but could have communicated better overall. Can’t fault the quality of the item itself, would’ve preferred a slightly bigger clip but that’s just my own personal preference, and to make sure it stays in her hair, it’s a very unique clip that will just add that extra detail to her appearance in her programme - thank you
