How It Works
Files can be printed on regular computer printer paper, though cardstock or photo paper will produce a better image. Printed colors may vary from what is shown on the computer screen, depending on your computer settings. In addition, the type of paper, printer and ink used can affect how vibrant colors look when printed. Because this is a digital file available to you instantly, no refunds will be issued. If you are extremely concerned about matching a specific color please contact me prior to purchase to print a sample proof for color matching purposes.

This software is standard on most desktop and laptop computers, but can also be downloaded FREE at http://get.adobe.com/reader/ for Windows and Mac, and on the Google Play Store for Chromebook. Other programs such as Adobe Pro, or default PDF viewers such as Preview can cause issues with the file. If you open the file in an incorrect program, I recommend deleting the file and downloading a new copy from Etsy.

All PDF files can be printed at home or a local copy shop, on standard US letter paper (8.5" x 11") or A4 paper. You may use regular computer paper, though white cardstock (such as 110#) or photo paper will produce a higher quality, more vibrant image. Print at 100% with no page scaling.

Photo labs, copy shops, and print service companies may have their own restrictions for personal use only products. Please reach out to them prior to purchasing this item. You may need to convert the PDF to a JPG or PNG, which can be done with many online file converters for free.

For digital art prints, files can be printed at home or any local print shop. Photo paper will produce the best result.

Due to the nature of digital files, I am unable to offer a refund once the file is downloaded or in your possession. However please let me know immediately if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, so I can address your concerns.
