I use a PO Box for deliveries made using USPS, should I include my PO Box in my shipping address?

No. All packages are shipped using FedEx Ground, and we do not ship to PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide ONLY your physical address. Any orders with a PO Box in the shipping address, including orders where the physical address is also provided, will be canceled.

I live in PR, Alaska, or Hawaii. Will you deliver to my address?

Those requesting shipping to Hawaii must select Second Day shipping at checkout. We apologize that we do not ship to Alaska or PR. Any orders not supplying a physical address within the contiguous 48 (with the exception of Second Day orders to Hawaii,) will be canceled.

How to I know what size frame to order?

Our frames are listed according to what size print they will hold. For example: for an 8x10 print, you will need to purchase an 8x10 frame. The outside dimensions of the frame will vary based on the moulding width, which is listed in the product description and the title.

What do I do with this hanging hardware I received with my picture frame?

While smaller frame sizes come with attached tab hangers, our larger frames do involve some assembly. The included instructions will walk you through the hanging hardware installation process, or a PDF version can be found here: https://www.craigframes.com/content/installWireKit.v2.2.pdf

What's the difference between glass and acrylic?

Both are used as facing options in our frames to protect and display your artwork. Glass is a tried and true material used in picture frames. It provides crystal clear coverage with little glare. The only downside of glass is that it can sometimes break during shipment when used in frames 12″ × 18″ and larger. To get around this issue, we offer a durable alternative in acrylic facing. Acrylic offers the same great coverage and crystal clear protection as glass. But yet it weighs less than glass and is flexible, making it a great choice in larger frames.

My acrylic facing is cloudy/scratched! What should I do?

What you're looking at is a protective covering on the acrylic. All you have to do is peel away the covering on both sides to reveal the crystal clear acrylic. Although the protective film is fairly clear, you will definitely want to peel it off before hanging your frame on the wall. Some of the acrylic we use has a blue protective covering.

What is your return policy?

We will provide a full refund or replacement for any product that arrives damaged. Do not return damaged products without first speaking with Craig Frames. Return shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless the return is authorized. Photos of the damaged item are required before a refund or replacement is processed. If a product arrives in satisfactory condition, it can still be returned for any reason within 30 days. Please contact Craig Frames before shipment. Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer. Refunds are processed upon receipt of the return shipment. We offer prepaid return labels at a reduced cost of $4.99 per return box, to be deducted from your refund. Please let us know if you prefer to be sent return labels.

I accidentally entered the wrong address for my order, can you ship my order to a different address?

We apologize that Etsy does not allow us to change completed orders in any way, including to update the shipping address. We will need to cancel your order and place a new order using the correct address.

Acrylic material is a high quality, crystal clear, durable upgrade from styrene plexiglass. It has a harder surface than most other plastics, but is still a bit softer than glass. Acrylic is scratch resistent but not scratch proof so you should take special care when handling or cleaning. Our .090" thick acrylic sheeting arrives covered in a protective blue wrapping. This blue wrap must be peeled off both sides of the acrylic to properly display your framed piece.

Arrived quickly and perfectly in tact. They're a bit thinner than I had pictured (I mis-measured, no fault to the shop owner,) but the acrylic is sturdy! It worked perfectly for the signs we wanted it for!
