📦 Perishable Item Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, it is the buyer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery.

Customers must contact us within 1 hour of confirmed delivery if there are any issues with their order.

We are not responsible for items that are left outside, unattended, or exposed to heat after delivery. While we take care to package all items with insulation and ice packs when needed, they cannot withstand being left outdoors for extended periods.

Failure to bring your package inside promptly or to notify us within the 1-hour window will result in the order being considered successfully delivered and no replacements or credits will be issued.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.It's summer please be home to get your packages. We will not refund for melted items not reported to us within on hour of delivery as chocolate can not be left in the sun, Thank you!

All orders ship week of your selected date on Monday or Tuesday!! Please disregard the Etsy shipping dates as I ship for your selected date via UPS
Please note: you are ordering chocolate in the summer. All items are sent double boxed with food safe ice packs. YOU MUST BE HOME TO GET YOUR BOX. If there is any damage you must contact me within ONE HOURS (USPS sends me delivery confirmation on every single order) of receiving your item in order to get any refund as these items can not sit out in the sun contacting me after one hour will result in no refund. Please contact us if you need an order before this date and we will try to work you into our schedule.Please do not order for a date sooner than stated or we will have to cancel your order.
