It´s the time of the preparation of your order after your payment is confirmed.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of the confirmation of the purchase although they are usually shipped the next day of the purchase. Many times orders are shipped within a few hours from purchase so that you receive them as soon as possible. That is why it is important that you message me asap in case you want a cancellation.

No tracking number available and no signature required for standard shipping.
I ship from Spain. Estimated delivery time begins when the package arrives in your country.
There´s uncertainty around Brexit so large delays will affect your order. It may take weeks or months. It´s frustrating at least at the beginning. Cross-border packages into and out of the UK may be delayed as new customs processes are put into place. These delays are outside our control.
Customers may now have to pay additional duties when they go to pick up their packages. For more information about these charges, please address to the government resources.
Due to the above, our shop might stop shipping to the UK until we have clear procedures and delivery times.

Registered mail: SIGNATURE REQUIRED. If you are not at time of delivery, check your mail box: there will be left a notice so that you pick the letter from the PO or else it will be returned to me.
(Although tracking number available, on-line tracking stops when order leaves Spain)

Express mail:
All of the options have tracking number. Time of delivery refers to the the estimated time given by express transport companies.
Please, leave your phone number (better if it´s a mobile) so that the mail man can contact you at delivery, if necessary. Without your phone number, l cannot ship your order by express mail.

To maintain costs low and protect the environment, invoices are not printed. You can download the invoice and see your purchase.

A simple way is to measure your neck or your wrist.
How? Holding a string around it at the looseness you want your necklace and then just measure the string.

Another way is to measure a similar jewl you have. This way you will find out the right length you need!

If your order is returned back because you did not see the slip from the PO or due to wrong address, etc. and you want a refund, there´s a restocking fee of 3% on the price of the items. If you want them resent, then you are responsible of the shipping fees.

Once you receive the order, store the item(s) in well sealed plastic bag(s) for a short period. If you need to store for weeks or month, then wrap each piece in layers of acid-free tissue paper, untreated cotton, or raw silk so that they look just as beautiful as the day you purchased them!

Please, return items by registered mail or any other way that provides a tracking number. Without it, it is not possible to make refunds or exchanges.

Some items cannot be exchanged or returned due to the nature of the stones used or due to the work needed to make them. Please, consult the descriptions of each item before purchasing.
Earrings are not returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons as well as custom orders or specific requests that are not included in the original listing and were added specifically for a buyer.
