When ordering "Made to Order" or "Custom" items, please include the following personal measurements for best fit: Bust Waist Hips Girth (from shoulder, through legs, back up to same shoulder) Half Girth (from front waist, through legs, and up to back waist) Leotards with sleeves - Length from top of shoulder to desired sleeve length. Bicep circumference. It is imperative that your measurements are accurate - I cannot be responsible for inaccurate measurements or growth changes after the order has been placed. Please understand that no two bodies are alike - when ordering please notate specific body types such as long torso, wide hips, etc. I will do my best to accommodate these differences.

You may machine wash on delicate but to preserve the longevity of your dance wear, I recommend washing by hand and line drying. Machine drying can damage the stretch fibers of spandex - if you must machine dry please use a low setting.

Standard USPS Shipping within the US is included in the price of most items. Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge. International shipping is available at an additional charge. Average cost for International Shipping is $15-$25.

Custom and personalized orders

When you first receive your item, please try on with undergarments in order to insure the correct fit. Due to health concerns, please understand that items that have been worn without undergarments will not be considered for return. I do not accept exchanges or returns on custom orders. If you have an issue with your custom design I will do my best to correct the situation however, there may be additional fees required for alterations. In the case of a manufacturing defect, you will need to provide photo documentation within 7 days of receipt in order to be considered for alterations and the item must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges in the event of a manufacturing defect

In the event of a manufacturing defect on READY to SHIP and MADE to ORDER designs, I will consider an exchange or repair with photo documentation within 7 days of receipt of the item. Upon acceptance, the item must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. The following situations will not be considered for exchange: ~ Color discrepancies due to monitor and screen resolution differences. ~ Changes in size - Please check size charts to make sure you are ordering the correct size. Also, if ordering for a child, consider ordering "up" to adapt to growth spurts. ~ALL SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE.

How do custom orders work?

If you are interested in a custom design, I am happy to work with you to create a one-of-a-kind piece. Please know that if the design process and conversations leading up to purchase exceed a reasonable amount of time, I will ask for design fees or a deposit up front. I will provide, free of charge, one sketch of your custom design for approval before ordering. Any subsequent alterations of the original design, sketches and ongoing conversations will be charged accordingly. I do ask that you contact me if you decide to go a different direction or choose not to order from me. Once the custom design is agreed upon, I will build you a private listing in which you will order and pay from directly.
