Custom and personalized orders

If you didn't find exactly what you wanted, just send me a convo so we can arrange a custom order. You can even show me a picture of a paracord collar or leash that you'd like and I'll most probably be able to make an exact one, with your measurements and desired colours.

Please do not measure old collars but the dog's neck/head directly and send accurate length. Take a soft measuring tape or a piece of string and wrap it around so it's snug but not too tight. Let me know if you want the collar to be more loose or snug, or whether the dog changes coat during seasons, etc. so we can figure out the best size for your dog. Please read the descriptions for each listing carefully to know how to properly measure your dog for certain type of collar or harness.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Let me know if you'd like your order to be packaged with in a cute wrapping paper or if you wish to leave a handwritten note! All the paper and bubble wrap packaging is re-used.

Paracord collars and leashes are machine washable (on low setting) but are just as easily cleaned with damp wipes or water and some soap and in dirtier cases, a toothbrush.

Flat rate shipping with tracking. Delivery times vary for different countries, which are stated under "Delivery" section (approximates.) Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number which means you can know when to expect the package since you'll probably have to give your signature upon the delivery. Please check the address twice. I am not responsible for lost or returned packages. If your package gets returned to me and you wish me to send it again, I can do so only if you pay for shipping again. Another way is to ask etsy for a full refund and order again so I can re-send your package.

Delayed / lost / returned package

If you're ordering from the US, please keep in mind there's a high chance your package may be delayed or even returned to me. If this is the case, I can't refund your order. However, you're protected as a buyer by etsy and they should be able to give you a full refund, in case of a returned or lost package.

◉ VARIATIONS
┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈

STYLE

• slip on / training / show lead:
One part of the leash ends with a handle and the other with an O-ring which means the leash can be used without a collar. The O-ring end acts like a choker collar which you slip over the dogs' head.
Length is measured from the O-ring to the end of the handle.

• regular leash:
Snap hook for attaching at one end and a handle on the other.
Length is measured from the snap hook to the tip of the handle.

• adjustable / hands-free / multi-purpose:
Snap hook for attaching at both ends of the leash with ring(s) woven along the length, which makes for a versatile hands-free leash depending on how many rings you want and at what distances.
Length is measured from one snap hook to the other.

LENGTH

• Short: 90 cm / 3 ft

• Regular: 140 cm / 4.5 ft
