Shipping and tracking number

I ship my items with UkrPoshta standard international delivery. Minimal cost of international shipping (up to 1kg) is 16$, up to 2 kg - 28$. When the order is dispatched, I send you a tracking number. You can track your parcel on the website: https://track.ukrposhta.ua/tracking_EN.html The location of the parcel will also be displayed on the order page on Etsy.

The processing time is 1-3 business days for ready-to-ship items and 5-14 days for made-to-order items. For individual orders, I clarify the time by private message. WARNING! The Ukrainian post offices don't work on weekends and during national holidays like New Year, Independence Day, Easter, etc. The orders made on these days will be shipped in the nearest workday.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Talking about jewelry and accessories, of course, without any problems I can pack them as a gift ready for giving. For the tiny trees (up to 10 cm) add a note to the order that you want gift wrapping and I will send the product as you want without additional cost and delays. Medium trees (10-25 cm) may cause some difficulties - the box may fall during its journey, so if the tree is very brittle, I'll have to refuse you. However, the protecting packing can be done over the gift one, but it will increase the weight, the volume of parcel and the shipping costs. But while delivering large trees (>25 cm in height) between beauty and safety I choose safety. I pack my products as can be better, but it does not look like a gift package

The high of the tree: 11 cm or 4.3in.
The maximum width of the crown: 12cm 4.7in.
The base of the tree: lacquered natural stone (limestone).
You can choose another color of leaves while ordering.

Tree branches are made of lacquered copper wire and pink, green and white beads. Bark imitates natural tree trunk. To ensure the cleanliness of the tree you can periodically wash it under running water.

You can order any number of trees! If you order more than 5 items, you'll get a discount.

The price of shipping varies depending on how many trees you ordered. The shipping costs of up to 1 kg (with packaging) is about $15, more than 1 kg - up to $18, but the price of shipping for each order will be individual. And of course, all of the trees are cheaper to send as one parcel.

Gave this to my coworker/friend who was just diagnosed with cancer. Since live flowers are not recommended to give to cancer patients, I thought this would be just perfect. I also want to support Ukrainian artists. The craftsmanship is excellent! Sorry no photo but I didn't want to take it out of the packaging. I think sitting on a windowsill with the sun coming in and shining on it will make it look so beautiful! I am hoping she will send me a photo when she can.
