The quality of the craftsmanship is excellent. I had a very specific heavy duty gait/door I needed, and I am not a builder. But after one phone conversation, and a few specific text questions, they were able to create the gait I needed and explain it in a way that I understood. They also kept me informed as it was built to make sure each step was perfect. The finished gait is perfect - exactly what I asked for and needed. Their customer service was impeccable and polite, when I had questions or needed confirmation about the design. I would definitely order more pieces from them, for their skill, but also their customer service.
