1. Personalizing is always FREE! 2. How to: When you place your order, there will be a 'required' personalization box to fill in. This is where you tell me any specifics about personalizing. You can have different names on different prints, choose a font if you like, etc.. If you do not have enough room for your notes - send me a separate 'conversation', where you have unlimited space. 3. Will I see a PROOF? I do not normally send proofs but if you want one - just send me a message as soon as you place your order and I will send you a proof to approve before I have your order printed. Please make sure you check your email for message from me - with proof attached!

Can I switch the prints that are in a set?

Yes - as long as they are all the same size! You can totally customize any order. Just send me a conversation and let me know exactly which prints you want to switch out.

Can I get a set of prints in different sizes? I need a couple of the prints to be larger.

Yes! If you would like the prints in your set to be different sizes - just contact me - telling me exactly which prints you want and what size each should be. I'll set up a 'custom set' just for you - giving you the multiple-print discount.

Can you change or remove elements in a print?

The answer to this is generally no. Since all of my prints are reproductions of original paintings - I can't remove a hot air balloon or 'switch' a dog or change the color of one element only, etc.. However, please feel free to contact me if you have a special request. There are some things that I can do - including often being able to 'tweak' overall colors a little.

Are your prints framed? Can I get my print on canvas?

My fine art prints are all UNFRAMED. However, they come in standard 'off the shelf frame sizes' - so you won't have any expensive framing costs. All of my prints can be printed on museum wrapped canvas. Note: DO NOT ORDER PRINTS IF YOU WANT CANVASES. Contact me if you need a link to a canvas listing. Canvases are more money than prints.

Do you sell digital copies of your prints?

No, I never sell digital copies of my prints. I only sell custom printed (made to order), archival prints and canvases in sizes up to 24x36". By doing this - you can be assured that you will be getting a high quality giclee print or museum wrapped, ready to hang canvas.

Can you do a custom painting?

I can often do a custom painting. I have done several designs for companies (designed a book cover, a window mural for a gelato shop in Australia, a t-shirt logo for a flower shop, etc.) and I have done custom work for customers for their nurseries or children's rooms. Please contact me for pricing, etc.. The pricing will be determined based on the intricacy and amount of details that you need. Pricing usually starts around $250 for a custom piece (with not too much detail) - for the original artwork. All prints and canvases of custom art are additional.

1. BLUSH vs PINK - What is the difference between BLUSH and bright PINK? Blush is simply the pink print but with a small percent of the color taken out - so it's a paler, more muted pallet. There should be an example photo of each in every listing that offers this option. 2. Will my print look exactly like it does on computer? In many cases it will be almost exactly the same but, since all monitors are different, it may be slightly different. My prints are fine art giclees, which means that they are almost exact reproductions of the original painting. But, of course, that doesn't take into account the difference in your computer's screen.

Tracking and shipping delays and lost packages

If you live in the USA and your prints don't arrive within a few days of their expected delivery date - please contact me! I will track your package, through USPS and request email and text updates. If your package is deemed lost - I will replace your prints at no charge to you. This often takes a couple of weeks as many USPS packages are now being delivered suddenly - without USPS ever updating tracking. Almost all International Shipments will come with tracking. I have found, in most cases, prints will arrive in Canada, Australia, Europe, etc. in app. 2 weeks. However, this is just an average. They may take a little longer. Note: I do not ship to Germany or any countries that require a special license to sell there.

Buying more than one (same size) print or canvas - that are not in a set?

Any time you buy more than one print or canvas - you are eligible for a discount. Please contact me if you need any help ordering or finding a listing for the exact prints and number of prints that you want.

• If your print/s can be personalized - there will be a box for you to fill in at checkout. You will not see a proof of how your print will look. However, if you do want to see a proof - just send me a message (after you have ordered) and I will send you a proof to approve before I print and ship.

PRINT DETAILS:

• Prints are UNFRAMED fine art giclees, printed on 205 gsm paper, with slight luster. They are
printed with archival inks - made to last for many many years. The color of your print may vary
from computer screen but should be very close to the beautiful original watercolors.

• Print sizes: 5x7, 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, 18x24 & 24x36 (Poster) and sized to fit standard photo frames or mat openings.

• Prints will have a small white edge so that you will not lose any of the image when putting in a frame or behind a mat.

• If you would need a custom size, please send me message before ordering.

• Prints are reproductions of original watercolors painted by myself. They are not computer generated graphics and, because of this, cannot be altered. I can sometimes 'tweak' the colors a little though - so please contact me if you have a request.

• Prints will not have a watermark 'Art Print by Debbie' or 'CERONE'.
