Custom Vinyl Softball Banner: Team, Event, Banner

Title: Custom Vinyl Sports Banner
Vinyl Banners are designed, printed and shipped in the order that they are received, no exceptions. Turn around time is usually two weeks, but could be longer during busy sports seasons. I DO NOT offer rush design or rush shipping. I use UPS 2 day shipping. Typically I do not respond to cell phone messages. All communication should be through Etsy messenger. PLEASE RESPOND TO MESSAGES WITHIN 24 HOURS TO ENSURE THE SHIPPING DATE!
My banners are professionally printed. I use premium vinyl banner material and put metal grommets in every corner and every 18 inches when necessary. Solvent Ink is used and is fade resistant for indoor and outdoor use. The edges are double-sided tape hemmed for durability. Vinyl banner signs can be used for sporting events, weddings, graduation, parties, events, promotional sales and so much more. All banner designs are tailor made to meet your team or individual requests. What size banner do you need? Individual, 1 person designs are great when recognition is needed for individuals such as Senior night. A larger banner is recommended to highlight an entire team or sponsors. Please keep in mind that all attached images in this listing are samples only. I create new a personal designs for every customer. This gives each banner original artwork and custom designs that are as special and genuine as you and your team.

***To get you custom banner started:
1. Purchase the size and quantity you would like.
2. Email your high resolution, (300 dpi) photos, artwork (300 dpi Jpg.) and text to 1InfiniteGraphics [!at] gmail.com. Cell phone images are not ideal for enlarging to banner sizes.
3. I WILL CREATE YOUR TAILORED DESIGN AND SEND YOU A PROOF FOR APPROVAL BEFORE PRINTING. COST INCLUDES UP TO 2 CHANGES TO THE DESIGN. ANY MORE THAN 2 WILL ADD ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND A SECOND LISTING THAT WILL NEED TO BE PURCHASED BEFORE THE CHANGES WILL BE MADE.
4. After approval, your banner will be printed, hemmed, grommeted and shipped.
5. You will receive tracking information upon shipping.
6. Do to the nature of how businesses submit their sponsor files, it is usually very hard to read all the details that they include in each image. Aesthetically, banners present better when just the sponsor names or logo are listed, making the banner easier to read and more effective for the sponsors. If you choose to go the route of sponsor spots, I will need vector images (ai, pdf or eps file) of each ad. NO low resolution jpg. files or photos of business cards will be accepted.

Following design discussion, if additional artwork is required, additional charges may apply and will require a separate listing purchase. This process can vary between 3 days to 2 weeks depending on response times, but usually prints within 7-10 days of artwork approval.

Tips for Photographing:
1. Try not to take photos with players/people standing in grass.
2. Background does not matter, it will be removed.
3. Be sure to have good lighting.
4. For poses, check Google and Pinterest for posing ideas. Make it fun! For best appearance, be sure shadows, hair and hats do not hide faces.

Other sizes are available. Please message me for a quote for an unlisted size.
***Photos, decals and posters of your banner can also be purchased as gifts for players or also sold as a fundraising opportunity. Please message me more information about this option and to have order forms created if needed.

Both quality control and customer service are my top priorities.

*Please note that computer screens may differ and the color of the piece on the screen may not look exactly like what you receive. This is because different types of monitors are calibrated differently. Also, any prints with a "soft focus" or texture work (grain, spots, etc.) were created that way on purpose, please keep that in mind when ordering.

Note: Due to cropping for certain sizes, some images may appear differently in print form.
You can purchase from us with confidence that you are getting the highest quality decals for a great price.
All Sales are final.
