This SVG has two layers - the silhouette of the state and the saying. The layers' colors can be changed in your software and also will depend on what color vinyl you use, so the options are endless!

QUICK CRICUT/SILHOUETTE TIPS:
--Just need the state? Ungroup**, then delete the saying.
--Want the saying cut out of the state? Make sure both layers are highlighted, then SLICE** it.
**These are Cricut Design Space terms, but all cutting software has these functions. :)
