Items marked ready to ship, will be shipped within a few days upon confirmation of payment. Items that are made to order can take between 4 to 8 weeks. Please realize there is a timely process with each hand-thrown piece of pottery. First the Piece is made from a lump of clay and allowed to harden a bit, then it is trimmed with any additions needed and allowed to dry, then it is fired in a bisque firing, then it is glazed and fired in a high-firing. Each step takes days, so the process from start to finish can take a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks. Large orders, of course, will take longer. Custom orders – if you have something else in mind that you do not see listed, please convo me. All custom orders are final and non-refundable.

All Items will have slight differences in size, shape, and color as each item is hand crafted and not poured in a mold. Matching sets are not expected to be exactly the same size, shape or color. I try my best to be as consistent as possible, but since each is hand thrown, they will vary slightly.

All my pottery is food, dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe. If using the oven, it is best NOT to preheat the oven, just add a few minutes to cooking time. Never heat shock the piece or it may crack! Hand wash the extra pieces (pour spout with oil bottle & wooden honey dipper). It is recommended to hand wash your items for prolonged protection, if you wish.

I use bubble wrap, craft paper, and double boxing to ship my items. I take the utmost care in shipping the items safely to your doorstep. Unfortunately, I can not be responsible for damages done during shipping.

Most of the pottery is double boxed so we can gift wrap the item for you for a fee which you can choose at closing of your order. If you wish a special note to be added, please let me know so I can include that in the box.

You may return any item I send. Once I receive the item, as long as it is not damaged or used, you will be refunded the cost of the item. You will be responsible for all shipping costs. I am sorry about the inability to refund the shipping cost, but I am a small business and cannot absorb the loss in business at this time.
If the item comes to you damaged, please take pictures of the package and item and convo me. I will try my best to replace the item with one that looks close to what you ordered and purchased. The replacement time will take up to 6 weeks, since I do not always have duplicates of the items being sold.

Once I have received the item you wish to exchange, if it is not damaged or used, I will exchange it for the agreed upon item. Please convo me with the need for an exchange prior to shipping the item back. Please be aware that all shipping costs will be up to you.
