What are your shipping policies?

Delivery times are only an estimate. After Hours will not take responsibility for delays caused by the courier service. Shipping time is after the order is processed and prepared. Canada: 3-5 working days. USA and Europe: 5 - 10 working days if tracked, 5-30 working days if untracked. Everywhere else: 5 - 20 working days if tracked, 5-30 working days if untracked.

The robe was packaged with a handwritten letter inside an envelope. It feels great knowing that my investment contributed to something beneficial rather than receiving a companies automated "Thank you for your purchase" email. As for the robe, I feel like a King every time I throw it on. There's no tags or branding which makes you feel like it was made just for you, no others out there like it. Looking forward to future business.
