Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders for size and color are always welcome. Items may be personalized but only in a limited fashion. I do not have an engraving machine. Personalized items are not refundable.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do not provide gift wrapping.

I don't do any wholesale. However, I will consider a discount for a volume purchase. Please contact me before ordering. Custom orders are welcome.

Refunds For Items Returned Undamaged

All returned items must be in the same new, unused condition as when shipped (no signs of use) to qualify for a refund. For items sold with free shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. I will also deduct the original shipping cost I paid from your refund. For items where you paid shipping, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. I will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund. If the return is due to an error on my part (wrong item, defective, etc.), I will issue a full refund, including all shipping costs both ways.

Items lost or damaged in shipping.

I ship all items with care using tracked shipping. Once I hand the package over to the carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility. If your item arrives damaged: * Please notify me with photos of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. * I will work with you to resolve it quickly, either by providing a full refund or a replacement (if available). If your item is lost in transit: I will file a claim with the carrier. Once the claim is confirmed as lost, I will issue you a full refund (including the original shipping cost). In both cases (damaged or lost), you do not need to return the item unless I specifically ask for it.

I made this wooden toy car based on the classic 1927 T-Bucket hot rod. I painted it with pumpkin-orange acrylic paint, then applied a clear gloss top coat and black trim. The wheels are finished with non-marring amber shellac. I made this toy in my toymaker's shop using traditional woodworking tools. Every material I use is nontoxic.
