Custom and personalized orders

Items ship by USPS and tacking is provided. During checkout you may choose priority or priority express shipping. --lost/stolen/delayed package-- Once your item is made and packed securely, you will be provided a tracking number. This ensures that The Posh Toosh has mailed your item and cannot be held responsible for a lost, delayed, or stolen package. In this rare occurrence, some cases may file a claim with USPS and I will be happy to assist in the matter. --damaged package-- If there is damage to your item, please take photographic evidence. This will be needed to open a claim with USPS. We happily replace damaged items once the original has been returned. No refunds will be given once your event date has passed.

Gift wrapping and packaging

--gift wrapping-- Each of our cakes is wrapped in white tulle and securely packaged. The tulle wrapping can be left on or removed for display. The tulle also makes a wonderful display for gifting. --free shipping-- We offer free shipping with orders over $35. If for any reason your diaper cake/order needs to be shipped more than once, the buyer will be responsible for the additional postage.
