Our sandals have standard European sizes.
Their width is medium, but suitable for slightly wider feet.
Some of our styles have a narrower width. Please check the listings for each items details. Our sandals are unfortunately not suitable for wide feet and we do not customize sizes.

In case you are not certain about your size, please measure the insole length of one of your sandals and check with our insole measurements that you can find in each listings photos as well as our shop announcement. If you wear a half size, order the nearest whole size. You can always contact us for assistance.

Any imperfections such as scars, marks or uneven thickness are not flaws, but rather natural inherent features of the leather. Natural color leather will also beautifully darken over time. Our products are made by hand and that makes them unique, and one of a kind unlike the mass produced ones.
We use Greek genuine leather, which is durable, thick, with a rough textured underside (unfinished).
This leather is a bit stiff at first, but with normal wear it will soften up and take on the shape of your foot. The more you wear them the more comfortable they become!

When your order ships, you will receive a notification email that includes your tracking number. Most orders are shipped by DHL express.

You can exchange your pair for another size. Please contact us to arrange the exchange within 3 days of receipt of the item. Buyers are responsible for all exchange and shipping costs. Custom items do not qualify for exchanges.

*We gladly accept returns. Returns should be made within 7 days from delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition.
*Items on sale are final sale.
*Custom orders are neither exchangeable nor returnable.
*Shipping / Express shipping costs are non-refundable, as this money was used to ship your item.
*The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
*For orders containing more than 2 pairs of shoes, buyers cannot return all pairs but must keep at least 1 of them.
*The customer is responsible for any additional Customs charges when you return products to Greece.

Some countries may charge customs fees and buyers are responsible for paying these fees. There is no refund for lost packages. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties or other charges you may have to pay in your own country. The buyer is responsible for any additional charges when you return products to Greece.
*If the recipient refuses to pay taxes and duties, the items will be returned to us and the order will be returned without the return shipping costs and the initial shipping costs as well as all customs clearance costs that will arise upon return to Greece
