Custom and personalised orders

We love making custom orders if we can so feel free to reach out to us. We can combine different colours which you see in our store to make you a unique product. We can also increase or reduce the standard sizes of our pet feeders to fit your space. We don't offer personalising our products currently with pet names on our feeders as we don't believe it works with the minimalist aesthetic of our designs. Saying that it is something we look at regularly if we could make it work in the future.

All of our dimensions are in centimetres as we are a UK based business. If converting to inches it is 2.54 cm to the inch. All of our products are handmade to order and made from wood. This does mean that the forming process is slightly unique to each product when bending into shape and dimensions may vary up to 1.5 cm for a large / extra large dog feeder. Please take this into account if the space it will be in is restricted and leave us a message at checkout and we can take care of this for you.

The laminates we use on our products are made to be used in high volume kitchen and bathroom areas. This means they are very tough and durable and with general use will not crack fade or splinter and are scratch resistant to a higher level than paint. Use a damp soft cloth with a household kitchen cleaner applied to rub down. Then use a dry cloth to wipe this off and this will prevent water marks. We use beeswax to seal the wood on the outsides and a pva sealent around bowl cut outs. We would advise re-applying beeswax every two or three years and re-buffering with a dry cloth to get the shine back on the surface and keep it impervious to liquids.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do not offer gift wrapping. Our packaging and the product protection is all made from cardboard which can be re-cycled.

We make everything to order and our average lead time is 5-8 days business days from purchase to dispatch. We use Royal Mail 48 Hr Tracked delivery services domestically in the UK. Internationally we use FedEx, Parcelforce and UPS tracked services. US 4-7 working days We contact you with the tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Faulty / Damaged Items

If your order arrives with damage or a fault please contact us asap and include photographs of the damage and to any packaging which might look dented or ripped. We can arrange a return label and will replace the order if it has been damaged in transit. If the item arrives and you've discovered it isn't the correct size for your pet then we are happy for you to return it and we can make you a correctly sized replacement. You will need to pay for the shipping of the return and replacement.

Do you shop to the EU?

**** Good news for some European customers ***** We have jumped through many hoops and paid for Representation within the EU so that we may once again offer our products for sale in some European countries. Unfortunately some countries still want to charge prohibitive costs for packaging licenses which we cannot afford. We are selling to the following European countries: Germany, Belgium, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Norway, Slovenia, Czechia, Denmark, Finland and Switzerland. ***** EU Customs Fee's are collected by Etsy on items bought under 150 EUR at point of purchase. Items OVER 150 EUR have fee's collected by the courier when they enter the EU. They will contact you to pay fee's before delivery. ******

Are US tariffs included in the price shown?

Yes. We have included the current tariffs in our prices. We now use Royal Mail to send our US orders and pay the tariff cost to them. Therefor there should not be any extra charges to our US customers at this time. We will re-visit this whenever anything changes....

This whiteboard is mounted on plywood which we shape to form a handy shelf for pen or key storage.

It comes in the following size / aspect options.

Regular Portrait - 40 cm long and 30 cm wide
Large Portrait - 60 cm long and 35 cm wide
Regular Landscape - 30 cm high and 40 cm wide
Square - 50 cm x 50 cm

It has two 'keyhole' fixings on the rear which sit on two provided screws on the wall. Please use the correct wall plug for the type of wall.

It is handmade to order with the rear of the board (and bottom of the shelf) available in various colours.

The whiteboard is for use with dry erase pens which can be wiped off with a dry or damp cloth.

This is a stylish option for leaving notes or messages in your office or entry hall. It's size also makes it ideal for use in a childs room or in a kitchen for writing shopping lists etc.

We add shopping items to our board during the week and take a photo on a smartphone, then wipe and start again!
