I understood the rush shipping to mean the item would be processed quickly and propriety shipped within a day or so. That’s not the case and the item I paid $20 to have rush shipped for my event showed up over a week after my event. The store owner explained they make the item quick but don’t expedite the shipping via USPS. I wish that was explained better. I would not have purchased it.

I'm sorry this was confusing to you. The rush listing clearly states this changes the day it ships. Your item was made and shipped the day after you ordered. You still selected First Class mail. I unfortunately have no control over the actual delivery date, as that is on the postal service.
