I brought a listing, do I own the copyright to the design / digital file(s)?

Copyright belongs solely to Spotlight Studio TM. The ownership of the copyright(s) of the design(s) and digital file(s) do not transfer with the sale of the digital file(s).

How many copies of the stickers / coloring pages I can print?

You can printout the sticker & coloring page as many times as you like as long as it is for personal use only (not for commercial use, not selling them, and not giving them out as freebies / promotions). Color may vary slightly because each printer is calibrated differently.

What are the TERMS OF USE for these items?

This digital file(s), the sticker(s), and the coloring page(s) you print out are for your personal use only. They cannot be used for selling or commercial purpose. Please do not sell the sticker(s) or the coloring page(s) made from this digital file or sell product(s) made from modifications of this file. Don't post the digital file(s) in public for download. Do not copy or resell the designs and/or digital files in part or in full.

How do I download the digital files?

You can instantly download the digital files from: 1) The download notification email or 2) your “Purchases and reviews” page on your Etsy account: https://www.etsy.com/ca/your/purchases To the right of the order, click the “Download Files” blue button.

Can you printout the sticker or the coloring page and mail them to me?

Sorry we can't. All stickers and coloring pages in our shop are sold in the format of printable digital files only.

What sticker sheet should I print my stickers on?

Any 8.5” x 11” white sticker sheet would work & printout nicely. You can use Avery sticker sheet for ideal effect (or use Regular printer paper + glue/adhesive if you don’t have sticker sheets).

If I downloaded the file, can I still cancel my order?

Once the file is downloaded, we cannot cancel the order and refund anymore. Etsy tracks and recorded the date(s) when the buyer downloads each file(s).

Can I use my Cricut or Silhouette Cameo to cut your stickers? Can you provide the cut files or png?

No, our printable stickers are designed to be cut by hand only. We are unable to provide the cut files. Our printable stickers are only available in jpg and pdf format. We do not provide png files.
