I ship my creations worldwide via Registered Post or Express Delivery services and provide my clients with a tracking code to control the journey of their parcel. Your parcel will be brought personally to you and in case of your absence, a notice will be left. Your signature will be required in most cases!

When I ship from Ukraine I can use CONSOLIDATED DELIVERY (multiple delivery services combined) to improve delivery time of your orders. In this case, you will be provided with a tracking number of the last delivery company, that could be located outside of Ukraine. This doesn't mean that I ship not from Ukraine.

Express delivery (about 4-6 business days) is included in the shipping upgrade menu. If you would like to order Express Delivery please send me your CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER!!! It is OBLIGATORY for any Express Delivery service. I WILL NOT COLLECT or USE your DATA after shipping! All personal data will be deleted.

Please control your parcel in the moment of delivery and in the presence of a postman! If you have your item delivered damaged or it was stolen from the parcel please DO NOT ACCEPT such delivery and file an immediate official claim! NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS will be issued in the absence of official Postal documents confirming an issue! If you accept the delivery, the deal is closed! Thank you for understanding.

If your ORDER remains UNCLAIMED at your postal office by any reason (and arrives back to me) IT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED! I ship my accessories with tracking number to allow you to control journey of your parcel. I kindly ask you to find a time and assume the responsibility to receive your order.
If you are from one of the countries where tracking is possible only to the border (f.e. Canada, Australia, etc.) I invite you to check your postal box (for notice left in case of your absence) or contact your post office in 2 weeks after a parcel left the country of origin (based on tracking data).
