This hat is beautiful! It is exactly as described and is extremely well made. It fits perfectly and is so comfortable and warm. The minute I put it on it felt like I have owned it for years. It is just what I have been looking for. Two other great features, I wear glasses and it is a fine fit with them. Also, it is packable. About Irina, she is a joy to work with. She communicates very quickly. Sometimes I had an immediate answer to my questions. When I asked about sizing, she gave me clear directions on how to measure my head. She then made the hat to my exact size. That was so reassuring. I did not have to wonder if it was going to fit, I knew she was making it to fit me. The hat arrived right on schedule so I can wear it for the rest of the winter. Thank you Irina, I am completely happy with the wonderful hat you made.
